ASYMMETRICAL MODEL MULTITUNNEL

  • High resistance to wind and overloads in the structure due to the great number of columns with a compact arch.

  • Higher resistance due to corrosive agents in the main structure, where are received the corrosive agents with the higher aggressiveness. It is applied a hot dipped galvanized in all parts of the main structure (columns, gutters, gutter joints from columns to gutters, fastening profiles for film P.E.)

  • Simple installation of the cladding material in the roof, due to its one-piece manufacture. The replacement of the cladding material can be realized by non-specialized personnel due to a complete access through gutter lines and because it is one only sheet for each tunnel

  • Easy maintenance in the roof ventilations due to its access thought the gutters

  • The cladding material fastening is realized with omega profiles and polypropylene bars. These bars are provided with fitted dimensions so that the cladding material would never be damaged when installation is being executed

  • A greater thermal stability due to the accumulation of the air in the dome because of the closure in the gutter

  • Lattice columns for the crop wiring in order to optimize the crop’s area. With these reinforcements we achieve supporting big overloads of production, weather tomatoes, cucumbers, etc
